Mechanical Camdrives
Low cost, versatile design that fits in the smallest die space. We offer 6 different tonnage models and each are available in both short or long stroke versions. All have positive return and multiple mounting options available. Units are equipped with a Ready SuperSpring die spring return.
Roller Cams
When you need high speed and precision along with high punching force, look no further than our line of Roller Cams. All Roller Cams are built using the finest sintered steel materials that combine lower rates of wear and tear on the sliding plates which provides longer life and less maintenance. We offer 4 different punching force models and are available with and without punch holder mounts. All units feature Ready Design-Tite gas spring return.
HydroCams
HydroCams are the ultimate in flexible hydraulic cam design. They are powerful, compact, reliable and extremely versatile.. The HydroCams comprise of two main components, the pump (H1) and the piercing/forming unit (H2). The vertical action of the press on the H1 pump is transferred into precise cam action (H2 unit), using patented hydraulic technology. The H2 unit can be positioned in locations previously unreachable with classic mechanical dies at virtually any angle, up or down to meet your piercing and forming needs. They are available in a variety of stroke length and piercing/forming tonnage. Some models are also available with Accumulator tanks for safety which is a requirement of the automotive industry.
